Start your day with pure desert adrenaline. Our Morning Desert Safari is perfect if you want the thrills of dune bashing and sandboarding, without the late-night shows and BBQ. Enjoy the empty roads, cooler temperatures and soft early-morning light over Dubai’s famous red dunes with Desert Fun Tourism.

You’ll be picked up from your hotel in a comfortable 4×4, driven out to the Lahbab desert by a licensed safari guide, and taken on a rollercoaster-style dune bashing ride. Try sandboarding, snap photos on the dunes, and end with a short camel ride – then be back in the city before lunch.

Sample Itinerary

  • 06:00 – 07:30 – Pick-up from your hotel or residence in Dubai / Sharjah (exact time depends on location).
  • 07:30 – 08:00 – Arrive at Lahbab Desert, short stop while the guide deflates tyres and prepares the vehicle.
  • 08:00 – 08:45 – Thrilling dune bashing on the high red dunes with photo stops.
  • 08:45 – 09:15 – Sandboarding and free time to walk on the dunes and take pictures.
  • 09:15 – 09:45 – Short camel ride & refreshment stop (water / soft drink).
  • 09:45 – 11:00 – Drive back to Dubai and drop-off at your hotel.

Good to Know Before You Book

  • Not recommended for pregnant guests, guests with serious back / neck problems, or infants below 2 years for dune bashing.
  • Private car option is available if you want a softer dune drive or are travelling with small children.
  • Wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes; bring sunglasses and a light jacket in winter months.
  • You can add quad biking or buggy rides at extra cost – ask our team when sending your enquiry.

Frequently Asked Questions

Pick-up is usually between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM depending on your location and the season. Exact timing will be shared on WhatsApp / email after you book.

Breakfast is not included in this package. You’ll receive bottled water and soft drinks. You can have a light snack before pick-up or after the tour back in the city.

Yes, children can join the tour. For young kids, we recommend a private car so the guide can adjust the dune bashing level for comfort and safety.

No license is required for dune bashing as you are not driving the 4×4 yourself. If you add quad bike or buggy, those are self-drive but still don’t require a UAE license.
